{Exposed🤯} The Property Secret That Makes the Guru's Hate Me
In today's edition, I am going to reveal the gate-kept secrets that would have cost you thousands.

Last week I secured and sold this beautiful rent-to-rent property in a London location that I must keep undisclosed due to an NDA. Now I’ve got a millionaire landlord, who wants to give me all his and his friends properties to do the exact same.
Now imagine getting the keys to this kingdom, not by wading through the murky waters of estate agents and their lengthy processes, but by bypassing them entirely and heading straight to the source - direct to landlord (no pun intended).
You might be wondering, how did I do it?

The secret weapon - Facebook Paid Ads.
Yes, Facebook is more than just memes and cat videos, folks. There is a whole other side to it that is unknown to the masses and gatekept by the guru’s.
You see, the property industry in the UK is about 5–10 years behind our other Western counterparts in terms of taking advantage of technological advancements.
In a couple years, you will probably hear about this in some “crash course”, and if you have already heard about it, I am sure you can agree that it has not been taught or spoken about in significant detail.
Given that this email has to be succinct, stay tuned for the next couple of newsletter editions for more information where I elaborate on it. However, in the meantime, here are a few steps to get you started
Getting Direct-to-Vendor Landlords with Ads
Step 1: Create an Ad Account & Identify Your Audience - Facebook has collected data on all of us for the last twenty years of its existence, and because of this, it is incredibly skilled at finding you what you want.
With Facebook's detailed targeting options, you can find landlords based on interests, behaviours, and much more.
Step 2: Craft an Irresistible Ad - This is your chance to sell your services. Make it clear why landlords should choose you over traditional estate agents. Perhaps you can offer faster deals, fewer fees, or simply less hassle.
Step 3: Collect and Follow Up Leads - When someone clicks your ad, they can share their contact details with just a few taps. Voila! You're now in direct contact with a landlord who is interested in what you provide. Then, it's time for you to do your thing and seal the deal.
In next week’s edition, I am going to share information on “How I Managed To Sell A Deal Without Seeing It”. For the skeptics among you, I am willing to show you bank receipts to prove that this stuff is all authentic.
